Dehradun is well connected with airways and railways having its domestic airport and a railway station. Sahastradhara is around 19 km from the Dehradun city and can be reached by car, cabs, auto, buses and any vehicle. To reach the hilltop, you have to take the ropeway.

Cafes and eateries are there for refreshments and you would also come across various props where you could pose.
