The alternate name of Janpath Market is ‘people’s path.’ The street of the Janpath market has several shops and stalls which sell products of varying quality.  Garments, jewellery, gift items, footwear, handbags, carpets and much more are available in this market. It is always fun to do shopping in JM and take a break from our busy schedules.

At Janpath, most of the shopkeepers will try to overcharge you. So make sure you bargain. Going further on the same road is the Tibetian market which is very old on this road. The items being sold in these markets are wall hanging, tapestries, old handwork bags coins and also traditional Indian handicrafts.
